Shipping Policy
Shipping cost is calculated on a per pound or per ounce basis. I will sometimes offer free shipping or specific shipping options in select categories or free shipping site wide.
Once an order is given to USPS, I can no longer be hold responsible for any damages or lost/stolen packages. If something were to come up please contact me.
Turn Around Time for Ready to Sell Items
The turn around time depends on the products that you are interested in. Our current turn around time for custom, epoxied tumblers is 6-8 weeks. However, you can expect products such as sublimations, pens and miscellaneous items to ship within 1-2 weeks. All shirts have a 7 day turn around. I place all my orders on Sunday so that they are here by that Friday and orders can be ready for pick up or shipping Saturday/Sunday. I strive to be as fast as possible while working a full time job. Please remember that each item is custom made just for you.
Turn Around Time for Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are available on our website with an estimated availability date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change. The availability of pre-order items depends on production, shipping, and other external factors, which can sometimes cause delays. We will notify you if any changes occur that affect your pre-order. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. This date is an approximation, and the actual shipping date may vary due to factors such as production schedules or supply chain delays.
We will keep you updated via email and our Facebook group on any significant changes to the estimated shipping date.
Refund
Due to the uniqueness of each custom tumbler or item, there are no refunds or cancellations.
Pre-order Refunds for pre-orders are only available if the product is not delivered within a reasonable period from the expected shipping date, or if the product becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to provide a refund or offer an alternative solution.
